Description
DELO-ML® 5250 is a medium-strength, anaerobically curing 1-component adhesive for securing and sealing metallic threaded connections.
- Pack size: 50 g plastic bottle
- Also available in: 200 g bottle
Applications
- Threadlocker for screw connections
- Sealant for metal threads (pipes, fittings)
- Bonding of small metal parts in mechanical engineering
- For temperatures from –60 °C to +150 °C

- Medium-strength curing – removable with standard tools
- Cures in the absence of air (anaerobic), no activator required
- Fluorescent under UV light (blue)

Curing
- Initial strength: 3–10 minutes at 23 °C on phosphated steel
- Final strength: after approx. 24 hours at 23 °C
Processing
- Conditioning after cold storage (≤ 50 ml): 30 minutes
- Working life at room conditions: 28 days
- Recommended processing temperature: +5 °C to +35 °C
Storage & Shelf Life
- Shelf life unopened: 6 months (0–10 °C)
- Store in original container, cool and dry
