Description
OKS 1750 Sliding film for wood screws based on water concentrate 25l canister
Generates a dry film fast to handling, verifiable with UV indicator
Generates a dry film fast to handling, verifiable with UV indicator
Field of application
- Coating of threads with galvanized surfaces, e.g. screws for flakeboards to achieve controlled friction values
- Prevents cold-fretting
Properties
- Economical through low consumption (can be diluted with tap water)
- The coating can be checked easily through a fluorescent ingredient
- Tools and containers can be cleaned with water
- Does not contain any toxic components and is therefore sanitary harmless
- The water-soluble ingredients are biodegradable
- The water-nonsoluble ingredients are ecologically neutral
- Forms a colorless, adhesive and tack-free sliding film after drying. With an inhibitor, which prevents from corrosion during the drying

- Thread friction (M10/8.8) µ = 0.08 – 0.14 (depending on concentration and surface)
- Can be mixed with water in ratio of up to 1:5
