Description
DELO-ML® 5327 is a high-strength, anaerobically curing 1-component adhesive based on acrylate, designed for securing and sealing metallic threaded connections at temperatures up to +200 °C.

- Also available in: 200 g bottle
Applications
- Permanent thread locking in machinery, engines, and housings
- Sealing of metallic threads in hydraulic, pneumatic, and piping systems
- Form-fit bonding of shaft-hub connections (e.g., gears, bearings, bushings)
- Mounting of rotational components under high temperature and shear load
- Secure bonding even on slightly oily metal surfaces (based on application testing)

Curing
- Fixture time (zinc-phosphated): 2–4 minutes
- Fixture time (V2A with DELO-QUICK 5002): approx. 20 minutes
- Final strength: approx. 24–72 hours
Processing
- Typical layer thickness: 0.05–0.1 mm (up to 0.4 mm with activator)
- Apply directly from bottle or using dispensing equipment
- Surfaces should be clean, degreased, and ideally roughened

- Activator: DELO-QUICK® 5004 – 150ml Spray
- Cleaner: DELOTHEN® NK1 – 400 ml spray
Storage & Shelf Life
- Shelf life unopened: 6 months at 0–25 °C, 12 months at 0–10 °C

Prevention:
- Wear protective gloves (1-4 hours breakthrough time: recommended Viton® fluoroelastomer / short-term exposure < 15 min nitrile gloves).
- Wear eye protection or face protection.
- Avoid release to the environment.
- Avoid inhaling vapor.
Response:
- If inhaled: Seek medical advice if feeling unwell, call a Poison Center or a doctor.
- Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reuse.
- If on skin: Wash with plenty of water and seek medical advice if irritation occurs.
- If in eyes: Rinse carefully with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if possible. Continue rinsing and immediately call Poison Center.
Storage and Disposal
- Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep container tightly closed.
- Dispose of contents and container in accordance with local, regional, national, and international regulations.
