This static mixing nozzle is designed with a helical mixing baffle, which ensures full mixing and a smooth even sealant application. The epoxy mixing nozzle has a bell inlet, which fits large volume cartridges that port the two different materials directly into the mixer. Easy to clean by removing the mixer and wiping the manifold. The end of the nozzle can be cut back to increase the bead size of the epoxy applied and the nozzle is constructed from a high-grade, industrial-safe and silicone free polypropylene.

Yes, nozzles can be washed and re-used as many times as it’s needed. However, it is recommended to use carefully cleaned mixer nozzles to make sure liquids or fluids are properly mixed together. Before re-using a nozzle please, make sure it’s been cleaned properly and the syringe plunger is not blocked by any obstacles.
