Description
Mobil Glygoyle™ 30 high-performance lubricant based on polyalkylene glycol (PAG, ISO VG 220) is suitable for use in industrial gear systems, bearings, and circulating systems under extreme conditions, such as in paper machines, plastic calenders, or compressors.

Applications
Mobil Glygoyle lubricants are recommended for the most severe conditions in all types of plain and anti-friction bearings and industrial enclosed gears up to a bulk oil temperature of 200º C.
- Closed industrial gear systems – spur, bevel, and worm gears
- High-temperature bearings in paper machines

Application Notes
Mobil Glygoyle™ 30 is not compatible with mineral oils or other synthetic lubricants. When converting from other lubricants to Mobil Glygoyle™ 30, all residues should be removed, and the system should be thoroughly flushed.
- Check seal compatibility: FKM and VMQ are generally suitable, while NBR is only partially recommended.
- Avoid water exposure: The product is hygroscopic and absorbs moisture, which can affect performance.
- Not suitable for aluminum or magnesium alloys: May cause increased wear.
- Check systems with transparent plastic windows: Plexiglass can be damaged by Mobil Glygoyle™
Mobil Glygoyle™ Series Product Description
Mobil Glygoyle 11, 22, and 30 oils are polyalkyleneglycol-based (PAG) high performance lubricants that provide outstanding lubrication in extreme-temperature gear, bearing and circulation system applications in conditions well beyond the capabilities of mineral oils.
They are shear-stable and have outstanding resistance to thermal degradation, oxidation and the formation of sludge and deposits.
They incorporate a proprietary additive package designed to enhance EP/anti-wear protection, corrosion and rust protection and foam resistance without detracting from the intrinsic attributes of the PAG base oils.
Mobil Glygoyle 11, 22, 30 have very high viscosity indices and, being wax-free, they have extremely low pour points.
Mobil Glygoyle 11, 22, and 30 have provided outstanding performance in the most severe industrial applications for more than 25 years.
They are recommended for use by major plastic calendar, paper machine bearing, compressor and gear manufacturers, and are the products of choice for many severe service applications.
